Welcome to all Residents at Ashley Gardens
Ashley Gardens Residents’ Association (AGRA) is a recognised residents association, which represents residents’ and owners’ interests to their landlord, Ashley Gardens Freeholds Limited (AGFL). The eight blocks involved are 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Ambrosden Avenue and blocks 8, 9 & 11 in Thirleby Road, known collectively as Ashley Gardens.
AGRA is non-political and aims to represent the common interests of its Members in the improvement of the amenities affecting Ashley Gardens. It is actively involved in the furtherance of the collective interests of Ashley Gardens in the local community and has representatives on groups which seek to influence issues affecting Ashley Gardens, including redevelopment plans in the local area.
Ashley Gardens Residents and owners are invited to attend the 53rd Annual General Meeting to be held at 6.30pm on Tuesday 23rd May.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER ?
If you are a resident or an owner of a flat in Blocks 1,2,3,4 & 5 in Ambrosden Avenue and Blocks 8, 9 & 11 in Thirleby Road you are eligible to become a member of AGRA.
Membership is £20 per year and up to two email addresses per membership may be registered for access to the AGRA Members Website and Forum. Both owners and tenants may apply independently for membership.
